We operate both as an agency and as an extension of our clients’ internal marketing teams, making us a small, flexible, and fully remote team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong passion for learning and a natural inclination toward data analysis and digital marketing. If you enjoy working with numbers, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, ensuring performance goals and budgets are met.
• Account Management: Track client requests, proactively manage incoming tasks, and ensure seamless communication.
• Budget & Performance Tracking: Monitor ad spend, respond to notifications, and adjust campaigns to maintain efficiency.
• Ad Creatives & Assets: Set up ad creatives on Meta, perform basic image editing (Canva), and collaborate on creative strategy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create spreadsheets, track performance metrics, and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
• Certifications & Expertise: Hold Google Ads certifications for Search and other categories.

Requirements

• MSc in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Ability to work 100% remotely with strong self-management skills.
